Your tasks:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen our market position in Poland and achieve company goals.
• Lead and develop the sales team in Poland, ensuring target achievement and maximizing team performance.
• Acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships in rail logistics and transport solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and develop innovative sales concepts.
• Lead top-level contract negotiations with strategic clients and business partners.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and operations to develop market strategies and optimize the services offered.
• Provide sales forecasts, market reports, and regular updates to management.

Your profile:

•  Significant experience in a comparable position, ideally in the logistics or rail transport sector.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams with a track record of achieving goals.
• Experienced in handling high-level contract negotiations and managing key clients.
• Strong understanding of the Polish rail logistics market and a broad network in the industry.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop forward-looking sales solutions.
• Communication skills in Polish and English, German is a plus.
• High level of initiative, self-organization, and results-oriented approach.
